NEW RAYMOND PETTIBON SKATEBOARD TRIPTYCH
In collaboration with The Skateroom, MoMA released an exclusive edition skateboard triptych titled “Boston Brave” by artist Raymond Petition. The artwork depicts baseball player Warren Spahn in the middle of throwing a left-handed pitch, displaying Pettibon’s ability to narrow motion down to a single moment frozen in time.
The skateboard triptych is produced in a limited edition of 250 and made of 7-ply Canadian maple wood. Each triptych includes a printed signature of the artist, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The Raymond Pettibon Baseball Skateboard Triptych measures 31h x 8w x 0.5"d per deck.
